Manual Over-ride.

The manual over-ride facility is very important as it allows continuation of production while there are errors in the Control System, Field Sensors, or change in loading sequence.



Our Manual Over-ride operates by connection directly from the Push Buttons (via a wire) to the Output Relays, which means that the only items able to prevent the over-ride from working are the Push Button, the wire, the Relay, the 24V DC power supply and the Emergency Stop System. As all the items are very reliable our manual Over-ride system operates 99% of the time.



When selecting a batching system be wary of PLC based systems which use any part of the PLC for the Manual Over-ride as its when the PLC has a problem with sequencing or control, the PLC will prevent Manual Over-ride. Also PLC based systems are not flexible with changes in loading sequence on the fly.
